The natural cosmetics company Freshly Cosmetics has launched its third logistics center located in the La Plana Industrial Estate, in Gandesa (Tarragona), where a total of 150 people will work within three years.
It is a 14,000 square meter space, which will come into operation at the end of 2021, which will be set up as an order preparation and product stock operations base and, in turn, will house 500 m2 offices for the team that Freshly already has in Gandesa.
The company, created in 2016 by the chemical engineers Mireia Trepat, Miquel Antolín and Joan Miralles, has experienced sustained growth since its inception, which will allow it to close 2019 with revenue of 12.6 million euros. This represents an annual increase of 140%.
A good part of the business has been generated by online sales, one of the main strategies of this brand, which has allowed it to enter 600,000 homes with its natural cosmetic formulations for skin and hair. An example of this were the sales achieved with the Freshly Black Week campaign, during the celebration of Black Friday, which generated around 7 million euros in revenue and more than 500,000 products sold in one week.
The natural cosmetics firm has landed this year in Portugal, reinforcing its international expansion after consolidating its position in Spain, Italy, France and Belgium. Currently, exports account for 10% of total sales, led by Italy with 6% and France with 2.5%.

Freshly Cosmetics has launched, in 2020, its first line of natural cosmetics for pets known as Freshly Pets, made up of 3 references made with 99% natural ingredients and 84% organic ingredients. The products are made up of innovative formulas based on moisturizing, nourishing and repairing cleansing active ingredients for gentle and effective care.
