In the ninth class of the Genesis Customizer course we are going to configure the sidebars of our web page.
Before we start with the settings in the customizer, let’s remember that Genesis Customizer comes with seven different layouts that we can select from. When we enter the Sidebars section we will see that it is subdivided into three more sections: Sidebar Primary, Sidebar Secondary and Featured Content.
Well, in the video below we are going to see the adjustments of each one of these points and finally we will leave the design that best suits the web that we are designing. Let us begin!
You see it! As always with Genesis Customizer (the truth is that the operation is very simple and at this point we already intuit what we do not know) In these sections we can make all kinds of adjustments for fonts, widths, spacing, or shadows.
It should be noted that the Featured Content section has been worked on so that we can easily differentiate the featured content in a sidebar. In genesis we have a widget to create featured posts or featured pages.
Well, this last section will be specific settings for these widgets. For the rest, we have seen that it is very easy to configure and that it gives us all the options we need to customize the sidebars to our liking and with little effort.
