Harvard confirms it: eating seafood is an aphrodisiac

We have always heard that seafood is an aphrodisiac and now a scientific study seems to certify it. According to research conducted by the Harvard TH Chan School of Public Health, consuming this food more than twice a week enables a greater number of sexual encounters and increases the chances of getting pregnant.

This study analyzed the habits of 500 couples who were looking for a baby and, after a year, they discovered that 92 percent of those who ate seafood twice a week had succeeded, while of those who did not, only 76 percent hit the target.

Curiously, the couples who incorporated these foods more often into their diets confessed to having more sexual relations than those who did not. So, probably, it is not that seafood helps us to be more fertile, but that it works as a perfect aphrodisiac and, therefore, increases the chances of pregnancy.
