I understand that you have a prestashop, if so, in this CMS adding code is a bit more complicated. One option is to add a page within it and in the add the code you want to add, for example you must go to the Design -> pages section and add a new one
Once in the edition options you must add the name to your page and the code in the page content option “source code”
After that you just have to save the changes, additionally I see that you have an ID added in this DIV so you must take into account that this ID must be declared in the styles or CSS of your theme with the specific rules for it to work.
