Pages that are not seen because they are not redirected properly…

Hello,

I have been trying to solve this same problem for two days and I have not been able to find the solution.

Google Search Console informed me of address errors (Coverage) via email
Four (4) products when opening only the following message appears= “The page is not redirecting properly, There was an error connecting to balancespa.store. This problem is sometimes caused by disabling or refusing to receive cookies.”

I cleared cookies and browser cache,

I compared if there was a difference between the configuration of the products that exhibit these faults and those that did not, I found no differences in the configuration,

I cleared the cache on WP Super Cache,

I changed the URL,

I even generated new products and in every new product the same thing happens,

the .htaccess I edited it and configured it as it comes in wordpress, I have applied many apparent solutions and still do not solve the problem.

If you have an idea how to solve this problem please I am attentive.
