These changes require modifying the file that generates the product sheet template and cannot be changed by modifying Virtuemart configuration parameters.
Try to replace the default.php file that you have in the templates/ot_ceramic/html/com_virtuemart/productdetails path with the one that I am attaching compressed in a zip and check if this stops the related products from being displayed
Before applying the change, make a backup copy of the original file to be able to go back in case of problems.
To change the position of the description, many more changes would have to be applied and the result could be poor.
