Hello,
Go to the WordPress administration to Prometeo Theme and click on the Content tab. Once inside you will see another series of tabs (Blog View, Page View, etc.). Within each one of them, deactivate the Meta Date parameter and save the changes.
Regarding the fact that the time and date are not updated, you should try to create an article and see what time it gives you. If it doesn’t match the real one, go to Settings->General and change the value of the Time zone field.
