How to take 360 degree photos on your Android mobile or iPhone using Google Street View
Although there are a lot of applications that promise to take 360-degree photos, The best, without a doubt, is Google Street View. Do you want to download it for free? You have it for Android and for iOS.
When you open the app, you will see that there is an orange camera icon at the bottom right. If you click on it, four icons will appear. You have to click on it again, the largest and orange one, which is a camera.
Once you do, you can start taking your photo in 360 degrees.
For that, Google Street View has a very ingenious system. You will see a white circle in the middle of your screen and, as you turn to take in what is around you, orange circles will appear in the image. You have to match the white circle with the orange ones.
You don’t need to press any button, when both circles match, Google Street View takes an image and joins it to the rest.
That way, it’s much easier to take 360-degree photos than to take them handheld while spinning. Likewise, the application is very good at joining those images and forming the total panorama.
