From my ignorance in these matters, I think we talk about different things. I have no problems with the positioning of the transport module.
In my case, the module is apparently well installed and configured, and as I show in the first photo of the previous message, the module appears in the section of recommended carriers (which is where it should be, so far everything is ok).
The problem is that it doesn’t let me add it to “my carriers”, it only lets me add carriers manually using the wizard, not by modules. Therefore, since I cannot add it to my carriers, I cannot use it as a transport method and consequently it does not calculate the transport amounts, nor does it synchronize orders with the official Packlink Pro company.
I’ll take your advice to get in touch with them, but I wanted to clear this up first in case anything else can be done.
