You can download an example of the csv file for the combinations and work on that file.
From the manager -> CSV import, you will see on the right ‘Download examples of csv files’, select ‘Example file by combinations’
I advise you to work separately, importing the products first and then the combinations.
Just one thing, when you say supplier reference, do you mean in the product sheet?
