I was setting up my company’s Gmail account but it shows me a timeout error:
Cannot connect to the mailbox :
Connection failed to imap.gmail.com,993: Connection refused, Connection failed to imap.gmail.com,993: Connection timed out
I have contacted the hosting and in principle all the settings for sending and receiving emails are correct. I have also configured Gmail to allow IMAP and added access from applications. After all these changes I don’t know what it could be anymore….
A couple of weeks ago I tried to migrate to prestashop 1.7 and in the end I couldn’t and I recovered the backup, but I don’t know if that might affect it since I had never configured the gmail account.
