It has already been more than a month since the Income campaign for the 2018 financial year began and there are those who begin to stress thinking if they are already late with the deadlines. If your idea is to make an appointment to make your Income Statement in person at one of the Tax Agency offices, know that the period for requesting your in-person appointment is now open from May 9.
When can I request my prior appointment for assistance at a tax office? You can now request that appointment for physical assistance, either by phone or through the Tax Agency website and from this May 14 they will begin to give you an appointment.
When can I make an appointment for the Income Statement?
From the Tax Agency they facilitate the prior appointment for two different modalities: to make your declaration by telephone with the ‘We call you’ plan and for the typical face-to-face appointment in offices.
1. “We call you” plan to prepare your Income Tax return by phone, by appointment
For this modality, and it will last until June 28.
Only certain declarations that derive exclusively from: work income, movable capital, regime of attribution of income for movable capital, imputation of real estate income and capital gains derived from shares of Collective Investment Institutions may be prepared and presented in this way, with exceptions.
How do I request my appointment? Remember that you can request it in three ways:
Internet: with DNI/NIE and electronic DNI, electronic certificate, password and reference.
Telephones 91 535 73 26 or 901 12 12 24 (automatic service, only for the ‘We Call You’ Plan). That yes when calling remember that the prefix (901) is not free, but the cost of the call will be shared (in this case, with the Tax Agency).

2. Preparation and presentation of your 2018 Income Statement at any of the offices of the Tax Agency
From when can they start giving us face-to-face appointments? You can call to request an appointment in person from May 9 to June 28. However, from the AEAT they will always give you dates from May 14, never before.
Who can make the Income statement in person? Taxpayers without work income greater than 65,000 euros or movable capital greater than 15,000 euros, without economic activities in direct estimation, without patrimonial alterations due to more than two transfers, without rentals of more than two properties or two rental contracts, or regimes special, basically.
How do I request my appointment? You can request it in these ways:

Other ways to file your return
Also, remember that you can file your 2018 Income Statement through the ‘Tax Agency’ App or from the AEAT website. And to request any type of income tax information, taxpayers can call 901 33 55 33 or 91 554 87 70 (personalized attention from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday. From 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. in the Canary Islands).
The 2018 Income and Assets Campaign began on April 2 for online and telephone presentation, while face-to-face service in offices begins on May 14. The deadline for requesting direct debits of statements to enter is June 26, and two days later, on June 28, the deadline for requesting a prior appointment by any means ends, concluding the campaign on July 1.
