First decide that the title should be right from the beginning since changing it will only change from your last answer
On the other hand with respect to JCE, are you installing the language from the component itself? When entering the component you have an option to Install add-ons, as seen in the image, in which Spanish is already installed, send a screenshot from this.
If it still doesn’t work, try changing the English language of your backend and see if the language constants no longer appear.
