In the ninth class of the advanced course of Logic Pro X we are going to see the application for iPhone and iPad Logic remote with which we can control our Logic from the mobile device.
With the new functionality of Live Loops it is essential to interact organically with the DAW since using the mouse becomes very complicated.
To do this, we can download Logic Remote for free, which allows us to interact with the DAW by touch. With this app we can reproduce the scenes more easily, as well as the individual cells and even the effects of Remix FX. Let’s see how it works!
Now we can enjoy the live without worrying about the mouse. The possibility of having several tactile access points allows us to apply more than one effect at the same time and press several areas simultaneously. Something that until very recently we could only do if we had a MIDI controller.
Thanks to Logic Remote we can also move freely around the room to apply equalization modules, compressors and other effects taking into account the acoustics. In addition, we can activate the recordings and edit the tracks from the original arrangement window to be able to record ourselves
Another application will be to record ourselves from the fish tank without having to juggle recording and running to the room to sing at the right time :).
