How are you creating the checkout page in your store? It is possible that the Divi builder is causing an error.
You can try creating a new page called checkout, inside this you must add the woocommerce shortcode that is assigned and saves the changes
Then enter the Woocommerce section -> Settings -> Advanced
Within this section, select the new checkout page that you created and save the changes
Check if by going to this page you can already see the header and footer of your website
