Manolo Bakes and Just Eat expand their alliance to take their ‘manolitos’ throughout Spain

The ‘coffee & pastry shop’ Manolo Bakes expands its collaboration with Just Eat to bring its iconic ‘manolitos’ and its entire assortment of ‘delivery’ to the homes of platform users in Madrid, A Coruña, Zaragoza, Barcelona and Valencia, as reported by the food delivery platform at home.

Specifically, the assortment of Manolo Bakes has expanded in recent years, since its well-known ‘manolitos’ have been joined by its ‘Palmitas’ mini palmeritas, its muffins, bagels, as well as teas and ‘smoothies’, while it promotes your commitment to premium quality coffee.

Currently, Manolo Bakes has a staff of more than 200 people and operates from its more than 20 stores that are spread throughout the Community of Madrid, A Coruña, Zaragoza, Barcelona and Valencia.

Just Eat thus strengthens its portfolio to boost the increase in delivery of breakfast or snacks, which have become some of the most popular meals.

According to the ‘Gastrometro’, the annual Study of the food delivery sector in Spain’, prepared by the platform, orders for breakfast at home have skyrocketed 143% over the last year.

A trend that has experienced significant growth as a result of the pandemic, since visits to the food delivery platform have increased by 65% ​​in the morning and 48% in the afternoon since March 2020, coinciding precisely with the confinement by the coronavirus.
