Mercadona, despite the affected product, and which defends its perfect condition, has decided to withdraw it from its supermarkets immediately “as a precautionary principle”. The chain chaired by Juan Roig has asked consumers to provide the product to the establishment where they purchased it for their amount to be refunded.

At the moment, the AESAN has not registered any user case affected by the consumption of this paprika.
