The company has implemented deliveries through “ZERO CONTACT”, thus eliminating the need for the client to sign receipt of a shipment on the courier’s mobile phone.
This means that, from now on, customers who are waiting to receive a shipment will receive from NACEX a QR code that must be shown to the courier to deliver your shipment. In this way, the contact between courier and client is reduced, increasing security during this process.
The customer will also have the option to sign on the shipment as received (the courier will take a picture) or tell the courier their details.
