NACEX launches Contact Zero, an order delivery system based on QR codes – Marketing 4 Ecommerce – Your online marketing magazine for e-commerce

NACEX, the signing of express parcel courier and documentation of the logistics group, has activated new security measures to continue guaranteeing the well-being of its collaborators and clients during the state of alarm.

The company has implemented deliveries through “ZERO CONTACT”, thus eliminating the need for the client to sign receipt of a shipment on the courier’s mobile phone.

This means that, from now on, customers who are waiting to receive a shipment will receive from NACEX a QR code that must be shown to the courier to deliver your shipment. In this way, the contact between courier and client is reduced, increasing security during this process.

The customer will also have the option to sign on the shipment as received (the courier will take a picture) or tell the courier their details.

These measures are added to others that the company has been adopting since the state of alarm was declared, such as the Contingency Plan for the prevention and protection of the health of its workers or teleworking for office staff in the processes that require it. allow.

The company reiterates its commitment to people’s health and its willingness to follow all recommendations regarding the prevention of Coronavirus (Covid-19).
