Naturgy modernizes its 120 stores and begins to sell electrical appliances

Naturgy expands the commercial battle. The company headed by Francisco Reynés is willing to fight for clients by land, sea and air. To achieve this, it has launched a plan to modernize its 120 customer service points and increase its physical points of sale. In fact, the company already has a network of authorized collaborators of more than 1,000 points between electrical appliance stores or real estate.

The company does not want to lose sight of the humanization of the company and has transformed its points of sale and attention to make them closer. It is at these points where customers can also hire equipment for their homes, since they have begun to sell electrical appliances and complementary services.

To this end, it plans to create an environment in which its customers have a differential experience based on new functional and dynamic spaces aimed at the sale of products and services, attention and operations management with the support of digital tools, as well as a space for exhibition of a new range of Smart Living home furnishing products.

The spearhead of the equipment is located in the line of gas boilers. The company has launched a first pilot program thanks to the agreement it has with some of the main manufacturers (Baxi, Grupo Vaillant, Ariston and Wolf), to offer its customers an all-inclusive equipment solution (new boiler, installation, commissioning operation, preventive and corrective maintenance, parts and payment facilities). In addition, together with the purchase of the equipment, a five-year guarantee is offered, along with its annual preventive maintenance, as well as emergencies in the boiler and natural gas installations and equipment.

In the event of a boiler breakage, Naturgy works so that the client has new equipment as soon as possible, committing to its installation within a maximum period of 48 hours from the moment of sale. The customer can finance the installation and pay the installments on their energy bill. In addition, this new service has been developed thanks to a group of expert energy professionals and a customer service available 24 hours a day.

With this new model, more focused on attracting customers, Naturgy intends to bring its stores to a new audience, fostering trust and loyalty with the brand, collaboration with other partners such as parcel services (lockers), spaces for pop up stores and revitalization of actions that will generate a greater influx to the stores where agreements have already been reached with Tiendeo and Nespresso.

Naturgy Gold Card

The company has also implemented a new strategy to be able to compete with the additional discounts that oil companies offer to their electricity and gas customers on fuel by launching a Naturgy Gold Card, with which Naturgy Euros can be accumulated.

The MasterCard card will have no commissions or maintenance, it will have contactless technology and signature with a PIN, and it can be paid into your usual bank account.

Through this card, 5 Euros Naturgy cents are obtained for every 10 euros spent on each purchase, plus a welcome bonus.

With this means of payment, customers will be able to benefit from a 10% discount at gas stations, restaurants, food establishments and Naturgy service stations for refueling with compressed natural gas (CNG), during the first three months, enjoy special discounts in summer and Christmas and you can choose deferred payment modalities, finance a purchase or defer payment.

Naturgy also makes available to customers a website where they can quickly check transactions and take steps, an anti-fraud SMS alert service and offers for customers on personal loans with advantageous conditions and additional cards that are also free.

Naturgy Euros can never be exchanged for money and are not transferable or cumulative from one holder to another. An additional card can be requested for a family member and the Naturgy Euros generated will accumulate in the account.

If you have fewer Naturgy Euros than the price of the product, you can pay the missing part with money or if you prefer, you can donate part or all of the accumulated Naturgy Euros to solidarity projects.
