The module you are trying to add is for sending SMS.
To use it you first have to register at ->
Once registered you will see that the API key will appear in your user name, which is what links your website with the service they offer, the key is something like this -> Content only visible to registered users
The mobile number is because when sending the sms it has to be sent with a number, in this case the one you indicate.
Is this module automatically responsible for sending emails to customers after orders and keeping them informed until delivery?
The module that takes care of this is the email alert module that is already installed in prestashp:
