The problem is that structurally the Divi form is not prepared for what you want to do, which is to have sections, there is an embedded code that simulates it but the structure is still bad for having sections.
At this point, either simplify your form or better evaluate a different option, there are several form plugins, the best ones are paid ones that will make this task easier, for example Gravity Forms.
