You are uploading the content, therefore you must apply a background to the content, that is, in the same space where you have uploaded these 4 columns:
Enter Content > Background > assign a background color, then when you enter Advanced > Position > Z Index, you have to modify the value and add a high number, for example 50, this after previously commented so that the space is evident blank and as the space is displayed above the previous space.
