This year will be key to the national expansion of Petroprix, the largest independent fuel operator without a franchise. And it is that the company from Jaen plans to open 30 new gas stations in Spain during 2022. By the end of the year it expects to overcome the barrier of 135 service stations, expanding its activity in autonomous communities where it is already present.
The new facilities will have at least four pumps that will offer 95 gasoline and diesel with HQ300 and HQ400 multifunctional additives, helping to improve engine performance, keeping the injectors clean and avoiding the formation of foam and splashes during refueling, among other advantages. .
Petroprix aims to reduce consumer spending, providing annual savings of between 280 and 320 euros, according to figures from the OCU, thanks to the .
The new gas stations will be located in Galicia, the Basque Country, Catalonia, the Valencian Community, Castilla y León, Andalusia, Madrid, Cantabria and Asturias.
Of note are those that will be inaugurated in the coming months in the Community of Madrid -in the towns of Colmenar Viejo, Carabanchel, Leganés and Majadahonda-, as well as the openings in the towns of Ingenio (Las Palmas de Gran Canaria) and Elgoibar, in the Guipuzcoa province.

The technology applied to the service and the systems to improve efficiency and expedite refueling are present in the Petroprix business. For example, the payment methods are in the same pump, avoiding that the driver has to separate from the vehicle. The company also offers payment by card, contactless, with registration or cash.
Through its own app, which has 100,000 monthly active users, it offers the geolocation and price of all its stations, discounts and monthly promotions. In addition, it will allow the user to know the savings they will obtain when refueling at one of their stations.
In the application, customers will also be able to check the amount they have spent during the month and the liters they have refueled in their vehicle. These disbursements can be consulted by months and consumption reports will be made on the refueling carried out on the dates indicated by the driver, detailing the volume of liters consumed, the amount, the most frequented gas station and how many euros is the frequent refueling.
On the other hand, the user will also have the option of activating the Zero Paper function, through which they will receive tickets and invoices digitally (e-mail and/or app) after each refueling, thus respecting the environment.
