Plagiarized duplicate content of my blogs to another website that is not…

Hello, good afternoon
First of all, I don’t know if I have to go here or create a ticket.

The reason for my consultation is the following due to my concern for what I am going to expose below.

Currently my online store is in production and as of today and so far I have not had any problems.

In the store I have blogs made for almost four years now and the other day checking I saw with surprise that another website that is not mine is using, using or sharing my blogs without any permission.

This website, which for the moment I am going to call COPIA.COM, is sharing my blogs in the following way:

On my website the url is:

And on the COPIA.COM website the url is:

COPIA.COM uses in the content my same images, same text, same videos and all the incoming and outgoing links that point to my website or where I have redirected them.

What I do see that changes and adds COPIA.COM at the end of the blogs is the following text that I indicate below.
“The entrance How to overcome grief, frequently asked questions was first published on Serviflor funeral florist.

Source: serviflorfuneral”

This text has a link to my website where it says “how to overcome grief” and also in “Florist Serviflor funeral”

My online store is a funeral florist and COPIA.COM is related to the funeral sector but not flowers.

Reviewing the links section of Google search Console, COPIA.COM appears with 278 Total external links and 65 Total number of linked pages.

COPIA.COM Use my content in a section of them as blogs and news indicating the following.

“In our blog we make a compilation of the news that appear about the funeral sector…”

Other features that I have seen of this website that I do not like:

COPIA.COM its urls are not secure, that is, they are http:// and they are not https://
COPIA.COM does not appear the privacy policy with the European regulations
COPIA.COM puts an image at the end of its footer with the seal of trust online but it does not have a link like other seals.
COPIA.COM Doesn’t have Who are we? o Legal notices.

What it does have is an address and a contact telephone number that I have not yet used until I am fully informed of the procedure to follow with the aim of having my contents deleted or removed from this website.

Therefore, with the above, my questions are the following:

Can Google penalize me for duplicate content for using COPIA.COM?
Can Google penalize me for duplicate content even though COPIA.COM indicates that my website was the first to publish it?
How should I proceed or legal steps to remove this content?
How should I protect my content so that COPIA.COM does not continue using my content?

Because I understand that something has escaped me in my content configuration and has caused all of the above.

Anyway, to finish, wait for your answers and find out if anyone has had this problem and know how to proceed legally.

My biggest fear is that COPIA.COM will copy my content and Google will sanction me and throw all these years of work to the ground.

Thank you very much in advance and I’ll see how I resolve this so unpleasant for me.
