I don’t quite understand why you need to have an instance of the product for each group of clients. From what you say, you do this to be able to have different prices per product and to show certain products only to certain users.
What you could do is, on the one hand, configure the categories so that their access is limited to the group or groups that you choose. On the other hand, the product may be associated with several categories. These categories will also have their own access permissions. Finally, in the product configuration you can define different prices depending on the group of buyers, with which you would get to have what I understand you are looking for.
In this way you avoid having to duplicate a product, which could give you other types of problems such as stock control.
