Are you going to use WPML or Polylang?
What I see from WPML is the plugin to import from WPML to Polylang but I don’t see that you have the WPML plugin installed.
The first thing you have to create the menu for each language.
As I see in the screenshot, the language selector does not appear.
.- Access to menus
.- Display Screen Options:
.- Select “Language selector”
Once selected:
.- Display the Language selector and add the Languages block to each menu:
Check if with that you can add the language selector to the menu.
