Premiere Course #4. Video effects and transitions – .com

In the fourth class of the Premiere course we are going to see how to make video effects and transitions to give our content a more professional touch.

In the previous class, we have seen how we have full control of the Timeline. Being able to cut, combine and add any multimedia element to the combination. But once we have assembled our video, the long process remains to make it more attractive and colorful.

For this we have an incredible number of effects and transitions that are incorporated into Adobe Premiere Pro. And we can get many other external resources. Let’s see it!

What do we win a lot? In the end, the way of editing, the combination of all the elements that we will learn about in this course, is what will define our style as editors.

In this episode we review the most commonly used effects. We will know in more depth the Effects panel. Through which, we can adapt the preset effects to our needs down to the last millimeter.

It is also very useful to see how to animate the video clips from the timeline itself. Applying animations with just modifying some parameters, as well as animating video clips with just editing some parameters and knowing how to use the powerful clock that we have known in the effects panel.

As homework, let’s continue with our editing tests that we left in Episode 2, and we’ll spice things up a bit. Let’s apply effects and play with animations. We have reviewed some of the best known and used. But we have dozens that we can experiment with.
