Check first if you have enough space in your hosting account, also check if you have correct permissions in your folders, you can pass a review with the Stephan tool, available from your client area.
Do you have the PHP parameters increased for PrestaShop? If not, request through tickets to have the parameters extended, in addition to the max_execution_time time parameter
