Hello Ana,
I understand, try uploading the backup (.wpress) to your hosting, for this you enter:
CPanel > File Manager > Public_html > Domain > wp-content > ai1wm-backups
In this folder you upload the file you have and then directly inside the plugin you enter this:
Then you click restore to the version you uploaded and check if this completes the import process.
