Problems paying with Pay Pal

Good morning, could you help me with a problem that I have in my payment gateway.

I have the Paid Member Subscriptions Pro plugin to control the memberships of 2 plans that I have for my music page, but I have some errors that it is getting me when making the payment by PayPal since it is the only option that works for me within the plugin for my customers to pay, I have another option which is Striper but it won’t let me use it since I live in Colombia and it’s not available.

The following errors that are happening to me when paying my users are the following.

1. We’re sorry, but we are unable to set up pre-approved payments at this time.
Return to the merchant’s website and select another payment method.

2. When I disable the PayPal Express Checkout payment method and I only leave PayPal Payments Pro, then the option to pay with a credit card appears, but when paying I get the error: The payment gateway reports the following error: 10565: the country from the merchant is not supported.

3. When I leave Express Checkout alone by default I get the error: Sorry, but we are unable to set up pre-approved payments at this time.
Return to the merchant’s website and select another payment method.

4. Then I leave the PayPal Standard option by default but it gives me the error: Apparently the site is not working at the moment. Try it again later.

Note: In all the payment changes I have made the configurations that I am asked for for pay pal.
