In the practical part, we will jointly build a Project Plan. It is useless to draw up a super project plan, if then we are not able to manage it correctly on a day-to-day basis.
We will learn about the tools most used by PMOs, such as the Gantt Diagram or the Pert Diagram, as well as digital tools that will help us coordinate work teams and we will also work on a project monitoring dashboard. This will be essential to know at all times where our project is and how close we are to the final delivery or reaching the objectives set.
Finally, we will see what certifications, exams and training we can do if the bug bites us to continue our career as Project Managers.
