1220. The Ikigai model – .com

Today we are analyzing the Ikigai model, a Japanese concept that consists of seeking the reason for living or being. We will, in a business key.

But first, remember that today ends the , with a couple of classes in which we will see how to plan a measurement strategy, and the final review of this wonderful tool.

And now yes, let’s talk about the “ikigai” model or concept, here we can see it below:

As you can see, there are 4 circles that intersect each other, in which there are 4 fundamental pillars, 4 intersections of 2, another 4 intersections of 3 and finally one where they all meet, the so-called “ikigai” point.

Despite having a philosophical point, it also has a very practical and applicable point in our personal and professional lives, and a strong similarity with the SWOT analysis and the one we did in the episode, but with a more oriental air.

As always, here is the rundown of the program, for everyone:

Well, so far the episode and this interesting concept or model that I invite you to fill in, each one with their personal circumstances. What intersection are you at? Is it two circles? Of three? Could you do something to add the missing ones? Impossible? Should you change your job or life to achieve it?

It is very worth doing these little analyzes or reflections from time to time! I hope it has been of value to everyone, and that this 2019 is the year in which you find your ikigai, I am already there 🙂

As always, thank you so much for your five-star ratings on , your likes and comments on , and , for subscribing to and for being there, on the other side. You already know that without you this would not be what it is, without you this simply would not be.
