This plugin offers an advantage and that is that it shows you the resolutions, so the easiest thing to do would be to right click on one of the images and then inspect element, inside the code you see this:
If you notice, highlight a red circle, it indicates 300×300, in addition to that it also indicates what it corresponds to between the text:
As you can see it corresponds to woocommerce-thumbnail, that is, this one you have here:
You can use this to identify the ones you want and need to remove, also regarding your other question, the same developer indicates that this is a utility in beta phase, that is, it is not 100% operational and may vary depending on the number of images , you can try but still before doing so make a backup copy of your site.
