About the restaurant José Carlos García:

José Carlos García is among the professionals who have contributed to placing Malaga at the top of gastronomy. Linked to the kitchen from a very young age, at the beginning of him together with his parents, after a decade in charge of Café de París -one of the emblematic places of the city of Malaga-, six years ago he opened his own restaurant he. Recognized with a Michelin star, his is a cuisine of roots, with the sea and the mountains as protagonists, on which he innovates with imagination and technique. The proposal, with the most suggestive names, is distributed between the menu and a very complete tasting menu (140 euros). It has only six tables in a modern and very bright space, glazed and with views of the sea.
