Hello,
I am trying to return the money for an order to a customer who has decided to cancel it before we send it to them but I cannot find the option within the order in the back office. On other occasions I have been able to do it without problem and in a very simple way, since a button appeared to do this operation through Paypal.
I don’t know if it depends on the status of the order or some configuration reason.
any ideas?
