Sendinblue WordPress and Woocommerce plugins

Hello, we have both Sendinblue plugins installed, both for wordpress and woocommerce, we have been reading the sendinblue tutorials on how to track different events and the information is very technical for us who are not programmers.

We have been able to perform some automations that are predefined and it works very well, without a line of code as they say in their tutorials but we would like to go a little further using the track but we have a hard time understanding.

We would like to implement track of this type:

1) An automation is triggered when a user starts a course.

2) That an automation is activated when a user being registered in a course has not started in 48 hours.

3) That an automation is activated when a user is 50% completed the course.

4) Trigger an automation when a user has finished a course

In general terms, we know that it is possible, however, as I mentioned, we are not programmers and we have seen that for these events it is necessary to implement a few lines of code, despite the information from Sendinblue mentioning that having the plugins installed is not necessary, there This is where we have doubts about how to correctly implement these actions.

The portal is working with the following plugins:

-Learndash

– WooCommerce

– Paid Membership Pro

– Sendinblue for wordpress and woocommerce

– Plugin that make different integrations between the 3 mentioned above.

– Current template is Talemy LMS

All plugins and wordpress are at their latest version and PHP is running at version 7.4
