In the tenth and last class of the social media course, we are going to analyze our audience, in terms of quantity and quality.

And knowing your audience is key. That is why developing a segmentation exercise is very necessary when we get involved in a new communication strategy.

We are going to see how to use a tool that is not as well known as it should be (or at least so it seems to us in the team) that will help us a lot. And on top of that, it’s free. Go for it!

Let’s note that although it is a tool created with the intention of helping us segment our audience when we are going to carry out a campaign on social networks, we make it ours and use it to learn more about our potential buyer.
