On my website in the customer area, it is the menu form input so that users identify themselves on my site and therefore can access the private area that we have, which is the store or actually a store to collect customer orders In a simple way.
The problem is that I am finding that many clients cannot enter because they get an error, the system goes to a blank page and INVALID TOKEN appears
I have looked at many articles and I do not see the solution
I have accessed the Cpanel and I have looked at the errors and I get these:

And then I have created the files 400, 403,404 and 500 in the root of my web in both html and shtml. and it keeps coming out so I don’t know what to do.
