Can you please send this last query for a moment through a Ticket, from the email account associated with this website or Hosting so that Support can review your Hosting to detect problems?
Once you do, they will answer you from said ticket and finally we will continue in this Forum thread to discuss the possible problems detected that there is no way to see from the Forum.

I have reviewed your Hosting account and I do not see any errors related to the query you make to us.
Examining the website that you indicate, I don’t see any errors in error_log or blockages that may be affecting you.
So I recommend that you point this out to my fellow forum members so they can continue helping you with the problem you’re telling us about 🙂
