Tax course for SL #2. Characteristics of an SL – .com

In the second class of the Finance for SL course we are going to learn the characteristics of Limited Companies.

The change from being autonomous to being a Limited Company is very big. At the bureaucratic and business management level, it is totally different. In fact, setting up a Limited Company is much more complicated than registering as self-employed. For this reason, in this class, we are going to see the characteristics that a company must have, to be clear about what we are dealing with and to know all the fundamental points of an SL.

We must think about the company name, that is, the name that we will use for our company. And not only that, but what initials will follow the name. We are used to seeing the typical SL, but we will see in the class that there are other forms of denomination. Let us begin!

As you can see, in addition to the minimum contribution of €3,005.06 to create our company, we must take into account other important aspects such as the statutes, the partners’ agreement, and the signing of the deeds before a notary, in addition to the registration in the Commercial Registry.

Another important point is to take into account who will be the administrator of our company. To do this, we must take into account what this figure means within the management of society. We will have to think about whether he will receive a remuneration for this work or not. Even if we are considering that they be the partners, we must establish which of them, or what conditions there are if the position is going to be rotating.
