The Ministry of Finance and Public Function the resolution that approves the lists of admitted and excluded applicants for the oppositions to the positions of the General Auxiliary and General Administrative Corps of the State Administration, as well as the localities where the exams will be carried out.
As reported by the Ministry of Finance and Public Function, these positions were convened in order to meet the needs of Public Administration personnel through a resolution issued last May.
That norm called for selective processes for entry, access and stabilization of temporary employment in Corps and Scales of the General State Administration. These are positions corresponding to the Public Employment Offers of 2019 and 2020, as well as stabilization processes of the years 2018 and 2019.
The number of applications received has exceeded 100,000, with 55,645 for the Auxiliary General Corps of the State Administration (47,108 for free entry, 824 for internal promotion and 7,713 for temporary employment stabilization) and 44,466 applications for the General Administrative Corps (42,740 of free income and 1,726 of stabilization of temporary employment).
In order to avoid errors and, in the event that they occur, make it possible to correct them, applicants will be able to verify not only that they are not included in the list of excluded, but also that their names appear in the list of admitted.
Both the excluded opponents and those omitted for not appearing on the lists of admitted or excluded will have a period of ten business days, counted from the day following the publication of the Resolution in the BOE, to correct the defects that have motivated its non-admission or simultaneous omission in the lists of admitted and excluded. The rectification of the request or, where appropriate, the modification of the data thereof, must be made through the Application for Registration in Selective Tests of the General Access Point.
The date, time and specific places of celebration of the unique exercises of these selective processes will be published in the Resolution approving the definitive lists of admitted and excluded applicants. All exercises will be held on the same day and at the same time.
It is expected that the provincial venues where the tests will take place will be A Coruña, Álava, Alicante, Asturias, Badajoz, Barcelona, Cádiz, Córdoba, Granada, Balearic Islands, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Madrid, Málaga, Murcia, Pontevedra, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Seville, Toledo, Valencia, Valladolid and Zaragoza.
Opponents must consult the corresponding lists to verify the provincial headquarters in which they are summoned to carry out the tests, which may be different from the one indicated in their application. In any case, applicants may change the venue for the selection exercise, modifying their application through the Application for Registration in Selective Tests of the General Access Point.
