Indeed, I see that clicking on the “Create account” link does not show the recaptcha. However, if I add a product to the basket and go to the purchase process, when I click on the register option, it does come out. It is possible that this plugin only works on that screen and not on the other.
You could deactivate the “Create account” option that you have on the web. Keep in mind that registration is only required when users are going to make a purchase, so it doesn’t make much sense to offer that possibility beforehand. It is very rare that a user wants to enter their data if they do not intend to buy anything.
