These factors are not the only ones that give it an advantage over traditional homes, there is also the price factor.
However, not all of these houses are worth the same. In general, there are two factors that affect the cost: the size and the materials of construction. Just as the size directly conditions the sale price (the larger the size, the more expensive), the type of material makes the acquisition cost more expensive or cheaper.
Price of wooden houses
It is the most common material in prefabricated houses and also the cheapest. Among its benefits, it stands out that it is a light and recyclable material, with good insulating capacity. By cons, it needs more care than the other houses.

Thus, the average cost of a prefabricated steel house could be around 90,000 euros for a 100-square-meter home. That is, 900 euros per square meter.
