Hello!
Yesterday we took a domain with hosting here to host an e-commerce with prestashop. Today we have installed one of the packs in the root directory to start working through the backoffice. The issue is that although we entered the backoffice, the domain is still not available (the web page does not appear) and when you try to access the error appears:
Not Found
The requested URL /en/ was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Other times we have worked with other domains and they have been operational the moment we took them, that’s where the question comes from… do you know what happens? In the event that the dns is being propagated through the servers, how long does this process take?
