Social Security, in its quest for modernization, has carried out measures in recent months that seek greater ease in carrying out all kinds of procedures and resolving doubts through the Internet. All these innovations, however, do not reach all citizens, since there are people who do not have access to them. That is why the telephone service has also been reinforced.
The body, , has explained that two new service telephone numbers have been made available to workers, in which they can request an appointment or information on pensions or other types of benefits.
Thus, from now on the telephone number 91 542 11 76 will be available to contact Social Security professionals who can inform citizens about all kinds of benefits (retirement pensions, permanent disability, Minimum Vital Income). This telephone joins the 901 16 65 65 that already provided this service.
it is “a telephone common to the entire national territory, in which direct and personalized attention is offered, from Monday to Friday (not holidays), uninterrupted from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.”.
In parallel, Social Security has also provided a new telephone number, 91 541 25 30, to obtain an appointment for pension procedures and other benefits, and which complements the 901 10 65 70 telephone number that was traditionally used for the same purpose.
To get an appointment, the citizen can call any time of the day on any day of the week. It is an automated service by which you have to answer the questions that a recording asks. With this service you get an appointment at the nearest Social Security office.
