One of the most common documents for a worker is the employment record, which includes their Social Security contributions and other relevant information in everything related to their employment relationships over the years. What is less well known is that companies also have their own working lives.

there is what is known as the Company’s Labor Life Report, a document that collects the information regarding the contribution of any company that is in the Direct Settlement System modality.

The system, which began in 2017, aims to provide more detailed information (individualizing the amount for each worker) and at the same time improve transparency and simplify the way companies pay contributions.

What does the working life of companies contain?

In its initial part, the document has an identification data section that includes the company name, registered office, the Social Identification Number or the contribution account codes.

After that, all the information regarding the quote appears. Here are the payments made, the contributions calculated by Social Security, the contribution bases, the deductions and compensations, and the remunerated concepts paid.

In addition, this section reflects the contributions paid to Social Security by the company, the situation of the company regarding its compliance with the payment of quotas and, if applicable, the deferrals agreed with the organization for the payment of these quotas. .

In parallel, the Labor Life Report contains graphic information on the evolution of the company’s contribution to Social Security, the number of workers under its charge during each month and distinguishing them by type of employment contract, as well as the volume of hours worked by type of contract and the evolution of real days.
