Hello Genry
The problem with this is that if you send the video in some format like mp4, or divx, etc , the browser many times instead of downloading the video will play it. It is safest to use any commercial format such as mpg and then compress it in .zip format
You must indicate that after downloading the file it must be uncompressed to view the video.
You can put the compressed file in any route (within public_html) of your hosting account and you would only send the link.
