The global logistics company UPS (NYSE: UPS), has its plans to acquisition of Italian healthcare logistics provider, Bomi Group to expand the network specialized in health sector services, UPS Healthcare, in Europe and Latin America. Through this transaction, UPS Healthcare will acquire climate-controlled facilities located in 14 countries, as well as 3,000 employees qualified, both in Europe and Latin America.
