Urbanitae has already formalized the return of the capital invested in 11 financing projects. Together these operations represented an investment of 5.1 million euros that have been repaid to 930 investors, in most cases in advance and with a higher return than initially expected.
Among the promoters with which the execution of these projects has been completed are Home First, Iniciativas Inmobiliarias or Grupanxon. The latter, moreover, has already returned five projects out of the seven that it has developed with Urbanitae. In total, Grupanxon has made the return of 2.1 million euros to more than 440 investors, improving expectations in terms of term or profitability.

With close to 14 million euros of investment, the first quarter of 2022 confirms the interest of small and medium-sized savers in the participatory financing platform. During this period, Urbanitae closed a total of five financing projects through more than 4,300 investments.
Likewise, together with the promoter Deltas Madrid, it completed the maximum amount allowed in Spain for participatory financing projects.
