Hello, I have discovered a topic with some of the images that I have on the category pages that I do not like for SEO. I’ll let you know if you know how to fix it.
I have activated an option in Yoast-SEO that makes the uls of the images redirect in this way (
and explanation below).
“Media and Attachment URLs Learn more about adjusting media and attachment URLs
When you upload media (an image or a video, for example) to WordPress, it doesn’t just save the media, it also creates an attachment URL for it. These attachment pages are pretty bare: they contain the middle element and maybe a title if you’ve entered one. Because of this, if you never use these attachment URLs, it’s best to disable them, and redirect them to the media itself.”
But I have tried to analyze the page with a tool and it detects these 12 image urls.
For example the image
belongs to this url
But there are two other images in the url that do respond to Yoast’s command and are not detected by the tool.
Do you know what could be causing this problem? I don’t see any sense…
